No. Product conformity certification remains the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer. The EU representative facilitates communication and cooperation with the authorities but does not certify product conformity themselves.

Most of the time, no. Adding a label with the name and address of HobbyTrust as your authorized EU representative will suffice. However, it might be worthwhile to ensure that your packaging complies with other information requirements.
